Everyone at SB are absolutely first class. Took my 2004 X5 there for a vehicle health check after recently purchasing. They completed a thorough check, highlighting areas that needed urgent attention as well as areas to monitor. Friendly, helpful, straight talking garage which is a breath of fresh air these days. My car was in for MOT and service, the team kept me informed throughout the whole process.
They do not over charge or suggest repairs that are not necessary. Any work that needs doing is run by you first and it's your decision to go ahead or not.
